Frozen Chocolate Covered Bananas

  1. Slice up the bananas to your desired size.
  2. Melt chocolate in 30 second increments in the microwave (or use a double boiler, if you're fancy).
  3. Dip bananas in chocolate.
  4. Lay out on a foil covered baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for two hours.
