Use your instinct on the spices for this one. Can also add random salsa from the fridge, beer, whatever. Serve with corn muffins.

Directions
  1. Brown beef in a French oven or Dutch oven.
  2. Mix in all other ingredients through spices.
  3. Allow to simmer for at least 2 hours.
  4. Serve with cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
